The Range Beanie Cap from Helikon has been made from an air-permeable grid fleece. Although it is lightweight it is very effective in keeping heads and ears warm during adverse weather conditions.
It features two velcro patches on the back and front for attaching badges, a velcro square on top for an IFF patch and a small zipped pocket to keep earphones or smaller items. A carabiner can be hooked onto the cord loop on the back of the hat to attach to your kit or belt for easy carrying.
